About Digitalaka
We help US businesses send email and text messages that people actually receive and want.
Digitalaka provides bulk email, SMTP relay and bulk SMS services, plus the setup work that makes them deliver: domain verification, sender registration and list hygiene.
We work with small and mid-sized businesses, agencies and software teams who send their own customer messages, such as newsletters, receipts and appointment reminders. We do not support purchased lists or unsolicited sending, and we pause accounts that break our anti-spam policy.

Can I send to a purchased list?
No. You may only send to people who agreed to receive your messages. Purchased or scraped lists lead to blocked accounts and poor delivery.
Do you set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. We give you the DNS records to add, check that they work, and explain what each one does.
What is the difference between bulk email and SMTP?
Bulk email is for campaigns to a list, with templates and reports. SMTP relay is for automatic messages your website or app sends, such as order confirmations.
Do I need to register to send business text messages in the US?
Yes. US carriers require business texting to be registered (10DLC, or toll-free verification), and you need each person's consent before texting them. We guide you through both.

Our anti-spam policy
Good delivery depends on good sending. We hold every account to the same rules.
You agree to:
- Send only to contacts who gave consent, and only the type of messages they agreed to
- Include a working unsubscribe link and your physical postal address in every email, and honour opt-outs within 10 business days (CAN-SPAM)
- Honour STOP replies to text messages straight away (TCPA)
- Identify your business clearly in each message
- Remove bounced and unsubscribed addresses promptly
